Elon Musk FINALLY CONFIRMS Cybertruck Release Date!
Did you know that Elon Musk has finally confirmed the release date of Cyber-truck?
On Wednesday, Tesla CEO Elon Musk confirmed that they are going to launch the long-awaited Cybertruck in mid-2023. During Tesla’s second-quarter financial report, Musk said that they are excited about the release because it may prove to be their best product ever. Only North Americans can place a new order right now as Cybertruck sales seem to have been banned in Europe and Asia. Elon Musk says that the Cybertruck will go on sale in 2023. However, the exact date is still not confirmed.

The company has been focused on designing Cybertruck’s platform and making it ready for production. It plans to make the truck at its $1.1 billion Gigafactory Austin. The facility was opened in April, to make the Model Y compact crossover, the country’s best-selling electric vehicle and it also serves as Tesla’s headquarters.
Musk said: “We’ll bring another level of simplicity and manufacturing improvements with Cybertruck and future products that we’re not quite ready to talk about now”, “but that I think will be very exciting to unveil in the future.”
Tesla’s Cybertruck promises unbelievable things if it ever arrives. It is going to be one of the most unique-looking vehicles to hit the road in the next decade. While this project of Elon Musk looks like it was designed by a PS1-era game developer with a battle against curves, it still seems to offer all the things that you may expect from a Tesla vehicle. It provides you with some of the best minimalist designs and hi-tech features. Considering all the factors apart from design, cybertruck could prove to be an astounding electric vehicle. Tesla’s cybertruck launch window:
In late 2021, Tesla was about to start production on the Cybertruck but later delayed it until sometime in late 2022. Musk confirmed that Tesla would not be launching any cars in 2022 when the rumors of the Cybertruck launch were raised again. It means that there is no chance of Cybertruck arriving until 2023 at the earliest. Elon Musk said Tesla has not been able to fully develop the 4680 battery cells for the Cybertruck yet. According to some rumors, the steel frame of the truck would require a brand-new casting machine, which is also not developed.
Tesla has been very open about its priorities, saying that they will not begin manufacturing Cybertruck until the Texas Gigafactory has begun manufacturing the new Model Y. Elon Musk says that his company wants to complete the development of Cybertruck before the end of 2022, and it is ready for production to start in 2023. Then, he later declared that the Cybertruck will surely arrive in 2023. Recently, in July 2022, he confirmed that the truck was on its way to being in production by mid-2023.
If you have not ordered it already then you might want to hurry up because Elon Musk claimed that the company already has several orders and that it might take three years to get through them all. Besides, a report claims a possibility of revelation of a smaller version of the truck.
